Description:

Following the preliminary of air in the lower column, at the bottom of lower column obtain liquid air, and the pure liquid nitrogen at the top is as reflux liquid. The liquid air and liquid nitrogen from lower column goes into liquid air/liquid nitrogen subcooler E2 to be subcooled, and then sent to the corresponding position of upper column. After the further rectification in the upper column, product oxygen is obtained at the bottom of upper column, and goes into oxygen pipe net. The pure nitrogen gas withdrawn from the top of upper column goes out of cold box after being rewarmed in subcooler and main heat exchanger.
