Description:
The air is compressed with feed compressor, and goes into pre-cooling unit to be cooled to 8~10℃, and then it is purified through molecular sieve purifier where the impurities like moisture and CO2 are removed.
The purified compressed air goes into the boosting end of expander to enhance the pressure, and then it is cooled to below 40℃ with water cooler, after which it goes into main heat exchanger.
When the air is cooled to ～253K, it goes into cryogenic chiller to be cooled to 243K, and then it refluxes to main heat exchanger, and when it is continuously cooled to 140K, most air will be extracted from main heat exchanger to the turbo expander for expansion refrigeration. The expanded air refluxes to main heat exchanger to be rewarmed, after that part air goes to the molecular sieve for regeneration, and the rest air goes to the inlet of air compressor for next circulation.
The rest air is continuously cooled and liquefied in the main heat exchanger, and subcooled to 0.5MPa(G) after going out of the cold end of main heat exchanger, by which the subcooling liquid air is obtained.
